Packaging, Shipping, Pickups, Payments and Returns

packaging: We love the simplicity of tucking your special piece into a simple muslin pouch; use it to store your jewelry, as a "catch-all" in your purse or filled with lavender as a sachet. note: we use/reuse/recycle our packing materials.
payments: We accept credit card and all other types of PayPal payments; you don't need a paypal account to utilize this service; items are shipped within 7 days of confirmed payment. we will communicate any delays via email or telephone.
shipping/handling: Shipping and handling charges are based upon your total at checkout, standard shipping is via USPS priority mail, with delivery confirmation. See the following table for charges
1 item is $8.95, 2 or more items $13.95.

Mailing insurance is recommended, and can be quoted as an additional cost to you. NJ state tax of 7% is collected at checkout.

Standard overnight shipping charges start at $35.95, contact us in advance of your order for this and additional expedited options.

·Shipments to CANADA are now open for a flat fee of US $25.00 for shipments via USPS Priority Mail International with no tracking. Contact us for rates and delivery times on a trackable method of shipment such as Fedex. Customs duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

·Local customers can use code "CPU" (Customer pick up) at checkout to avoid a shipping charge. We are happy to deliver your piece to All is Well Boutique
at 257 Everett Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ at no additional charge. We will contact you, via the email you provide at checkout, with the date it will be delivered to All is Well Boutique.

7 days* will do it! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase or we will refund your purchase. CONTACT us via email prior to returning any items within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will start the process. Keep in mind shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that customers will be responsible for all shipping and reshipping charges on any exchange. Ensure all items to be returned are unworn and in original packaging; Please send your package, including a copy of your invoice via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Let us know if we can help you in this process! Special orders, personalized and final sale items are not returnable.
